Marketing is one of the newest additions to the Chatavise platform. Marketing with Chatavise allows you to keep track of opted-in contacts and send out promotional campaigns, gives you easier methods when out networking, and more! Here's a quick overview of what you can expect from this side of the platform.
The Marketing dropdown will house everything we need to get started.
First, we recommend checking out the Opt-In setup page. You'll then want to click over to Setup from the Opt-In menu.
Opt-in configuration is an important first step! This will control what contacts see on the page when they opt-in, as well as the introduction text they will receive. If you'd like a more in-depth look at how to set up opt-in configuration, check out our article on it here.
You'll be able to keep track of your opt-ins from the main Opt-Ins page. Head back here to keep track as your contacts grow!
Next up is the Links page. Links can be attached to messages within Chatavise to reroute your contacts to what's important to you. This could be to a redirect to a new product you have, a new promotional sale you have going on next month, or you can even link to your new YouTube page! Workflows may be the most important facet of marketing. Workflows allows you to build out specific message chains and reactions whenever you're setting up the perfect outreach messages. You can set workflows to react to specific platform triggers and send out the exact messages you want, exactly when you want to. Check out our Ultimate Guide to Workflows here (Hint: you can access the Workflows page from the Automations dropdown).
Next up are keywords. Keywords have the ability to be attached to workflows and, when texted in, can trigger a workflow to be sent to them. Keywords can be posted up at an event to text in, as well as provided by speakers at networking events to gain opt-ins and promote their businesses and products. The possibilities are endless! Templates are used all across Chatavise. They can be used on their own and sent manually, or attached to a campaign and sent to multiple contacts at once. You can attach variables to these templates that will auto-fill with unique contact information when the message is sent. You can also attach links and surveys to these templates. Lastly, we have the Campaigns page. Campaigns give you the ability to select a large amount of contacts and send out either a message template or a workflow to those selected. This can be used for transactional or promotional purposes.
