Oftentimes you may find yourself needing to send links over to customers/clients for a variety of purposes. This article will go over how to add a link to a manual message. Before you can add a link to a message, you must first create the link within Chatavise. If you need help with how to create your own link, check out our Quick Guide to Links here.
Starting from the Chats page with an open customer profile, click on the Links button listed below the text message box. This will open the Links menu popup.
From here, scroll through to find the link most relevant to your current conversation. Click on the link and it will now be listed as part of the message. Despite it not showing up in the text box, the selected link will be indicated by the 1 over the Links button.
Now, type the message you'd like to send to this customer. When you hit the send button, the link will be automatically added to the end of the message!
