Navigation & Help Center Improvements
Moved Setup Navigation
We’ve moved the Setup section to the dropdown menu in the top right. You’ll now find key tools like Users, Locations, Phone Lines, and Billing all in one easy-to-access menu.
Version Number Relocated
To reduce clutter, the version number now appears in the dropdown next to your user profile. This keeps your navigation bar cleaner while still providing version clarity.

Clicking “Contact Us” now opens a refreshed support module:

Updates to the Chats Page
Reminder Enhancements
You can now set Reminders more easily for yourself or team members directly from a chat thread. Pick a contact, enter a note (e.g. “Follow up next week”), assign a user, and you're done.
Export Chat History via Email
Need to share a conversation with someone outside Chatavise? Now you can email an entire chat history—including timestamps and message details—by clicking the email icon. The recipient will receive a formatted transcript with direct access.
Message Variables Overhaul
We’ve improved our message variables interface. Now when you type #
, you’ll see a smoother, cleaner dropdown showing available insertable elements such as:
Contact names
Review links
Surveys
Your own details
You can also access the message variable library via a button—no keyboard shortcut needed.
Message Template Improvements
Within Marketing > Message Templates, we’ve made both UI and functional enhancements:
Location-Specific Templates: Templates can now be limited to certain business locations, keeping things tidy if you operate across multiple markets.
Global Templates: If you want a template visible across all locations, simply mark it as “Global.”
AI Assistant ("Ask Kelli"): Need help writing a template? Use our built-in AI assistant to generate optimized messaging based on your goals. This is available across chats, campaigns, workflows, and more.
“Learn How To” Buttons
We’ve introduced helpful buttons across the app that link to videos and articles on how to use the features on that page. New content is being added weekly, so keep an eye out for guidance wherever you are in the app.
A2P 10DLC Tracking Page
We now offer a dedicated page to track the status of your A2P 10DLC submission. This includes:
Brand registration status
Upload options for documents like your CP-575
Easy updating of your legal name and business address
In-app communication if anything is missing
