Before you can add a link to a workflow, you must first create the link within Chatavise. If you need help with how to create your own link, check out our Quick Guide to Links here. Otherwise, to get started, head to the Workflows page from the Automations menu.

We're going to look at an already-made workflow, so click on the pencil edit icon beside your workflow of choice.

Click on the rabbit/Actions button to view the list of available actions.

Open the scheduled message you'd like to include the link with by clicking the pencil edit icon.

Click on the textbox where you'd like to include the link and type #. This will pop up the Insert Variable window that allows you to include things like variables that auto-fill with specific customer information, links, or surveys.

Click on the Categories dropdown and select Link. You can scroll through to find the relevant link, or you can search by that links listed name in Chatavise. Select the link you'd like to include and click the Save button.
