Chatavise is designed to allow you to view reviews from multiple sources all from the same page; no more checking individual pages to see what your customers are saying about your business! Here's a look at the main Reviews page of Chatavise:
There are a lot of ways to organize and interact with reviews from this page. Before we can get to this point however, we need to connect the different platforms reviews are pulled from to Chatavise. The first step to building your Reviews page is connecting with Google My Business. To connect to GMB, head to the Integrations page from the Manage dropdown.
Google My Business will be available in the Social section of the Integrations page. Most companies will really only need to pull in reviews from Google and Facebook. Click on the Connect button below the Google My Business listing.
From here you'll be prompted to log in to your Google My Business account for your company's profile. Click the Plug button on the right side of the page one more time to open a new login window. Make sure to have your GMB login information.
Input your login credentials and this location will be all set! You'll now pull in Google reviews associated with this location. If you have more than one location set up using Chatavise, you will need to use the location dropdown menus below to assign the location to the proper GMB location.
When you've added all of your locations to Chatavise through the GMB integration, the page will look more like this:
If you ever need to disconnect a location from Chatavise, hit the minus button to the right of the listed location to remove the integration.
Next is to connect Facebook to your account. Facebook is growing in popularity with consumers for leaving reviews due to the ability to share opinions with friends and family who may be looking for service. If your customers prefer to leave Facebook reviews to Google, it's important to connect Chatavise with Facebook.
To connect to Facebook, head back to the main Integrations page. You can click on the Integrations button at the top left of the current page.
Click on the Connect button listed under Facebook.
You will need to perform the same actions as before with Google My Business; input your login credentials for your company's Facebook page to connect the Facebook account. Once login credentials have been entered and confirmed, Facebook reviews will start being pulled in to the Reviews page for that specific location! Make sure to log in to all of your locations Facebook pages to pull in all of your reviews.
After completing this step, you will be set to start pulling in reviews from these platforms! This is the basic set up for Chatavise reviews. You also have the option to connect to other review sources besides Google and Facebook. To do this, head back to the main integrations page.
If you'd like to connect to Yelp, HomeAdvisor, or the Better Business Bureau, you will need the url to your company's page for their website.
Click on the Connect button, paste in your business location's url related to the site you choose, and hit the Sync button.
If you have multiple urls you are trying to input, you can hit the Sync All button located at the top right of the page.
