Need help navigating through all of your customers on the Chats page? Filters can help you sort through and find the specific messages you're looking for. There are two options when it comes to filters: the quick search options and the advanced filters.
These filters shown here are the quick search filters, available on the lefthand side of the Chats page. From here you're able to filter between unread messages, chats assigned to you, and any messages that failed to send to customers. You can select one or multiple of these filters, in addition to other filters relevant to you in the advanced filters section.
If you'd like to remove your selected filters, just hit the "All chats" button shown above. This will reset and remove all applied filters to give you a fresh start. If you'd just like to remove one applied filter, reselect the highlighted filter no longer relevant to you, and it will reset.
If you'd like more options for filtering messages, click on the filter button above your customer chats list.
From here you'll have multiple options for organizing your messages; report groups, locations, tags, sources of feedback, technicians, users, and order date.
Select the information you'd like to filter by, and filters will be automatically appended. All you need to do now is close out of the filters page with the X button at the top right and you're all set!
If you'd like to remove one of these advanced filters, you can return to the filters page popup and hit the "Reset" button below the relevant filter window. If you'd like to remove all advanced filters, you can hit the "All chats" button previously shown on the main Chats page.
If you'd like to pin your most frequently used filters to the main Chats page, click on the thumb tack button beside the relevant filter(s). This filter will now appear above the chats search.
If you'd like to remove one of these pinned filters, click on the x button beside the filter and it will be removed.
