If you want to text someone who is not currently saved as a customer through Chatavise or your field service program, start by clicking the paper airplane button at the top right of the screen beside the settings.
First, select which location you'd like to send this message from. Then add in the contact's name and phone number.
You can control whether this message is sent through SMS or WhatsApp. To send a message via WhatsApp, click on the phone dropdown menu.
Type in the message you'd like to send to this contact. You have the ability to attach a template, link, or even a survey to this message.
Once you’ve reviewed your message, hit send, and the message will now show up in your recent chats!
