The Questions page in Chatavise gives you the flexibility to create and manage custom questions for forms, surveys, or workflows. Whether you're collecting feedback, segmenting leads, or assigning points based on answers, this feature gives you a powerful way to customize your customer experience.
Searching for Existing Questions
At the top of the Questions page, you'll find a search bar. As you begin typing, the list below will automatically filter to match your query. This makes it easy to find existing questions without scrolling through your entire list.
Adding a New Question
To create a new question:
Click “Add a Question”
A modal window will appear where you can enter the details.Enter Your Question Text
For example: How many pets do you have?Select a Response Type (Family)
You can choose from various types such as:Picture upload
Signature panel
Sentiment scale
Yes/No
True/False
Rating
Multiple choice
Single choice (radio buttons or dropdown)
Customize Your Answer Options
Add choices for the user to select. For example:None (0 points)
1–3 (3 points)
4–6 (5 points)
7+ or “Too many” (8 points)
The ability to assign points to each response lets you build custom scoring systems, such as calculating lead scores or tracking satisfaction levels.
Save and Add Your Question
Click “Save changes” to finalize your response setup, then click “Add Question.”
That’s it! Your new question will now appear in your list and be available for use in surveys, feedback forms, or other automations.
