Before You Start

Make sure you’ve already:

Step 1: Locate Your Web Chat Widget Code

Inside Chatavise:

  • Go to the Web Chat Form Settings.

  • Find your widget’s code snippet.
    It will be a single line of JavaScript <script> code.

You’ll need this snippet when adding it to your Wix website.

Step 2: Open Custom Code in Wix

  1. Log in to your Wix Dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings > Advanced > Custom Code under the Development Tools section.

Why use Custom Code?
It allows you to safely add JavaScript to your site without editing templates or backend files.

Step 3: Add Your Chatavise Code Snippet

  1. Click Add Custom Code.
