Customers have the ability to opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting back one of the opt-out keywords (STOP, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, etc.). Customers will occasionally change their mind about this, however, and will want to resubscribe to receive text updates.
If you have a customer that would like to resubscribe to receive text messages, all they need to do is text 'START' back to the same number they texted 'STOP' to. If the customer has deleted previous conversations and doesn't know what number to text, reach out to our support team through the ticketing system to retrieve the textable number the customer needs to reach out to.
