If you'd like to adjust anything when it comes to the tracking link sent to customers when their technician is on the way, head to the Tracking page from the Team dropdown menu.



From the main Tracking page, click on the Setup tab at the top of the page. From here you can select which location you'd like to adjust the settings for.



Click on the pencil edit icon to open the Tracking Settings page. 


From this page, you have the option to adjust the message language seen just before the tracking link is included. Type in your new message and hit the Update button at the bottom of the page to save.

This message will show up before the tracking link and after the message template set up on the Integrations page. Here's an example:


You can also choose whether or not technician photos are included in the ETA text. In order to have tech photos included in ETA texts, you must first upload user photos from the Users page.


You can also choose whether or not you'd like to add the estimated arrival time from here as opposed to the lone tracking link. Lastly, you can toggle the ability to send reminder texts 15 minutes before arrival from this page. This is useful for companies that have jobs spread out over a large area throughout the day. 


The final setting you can adjust is the tracking link token life. This controls how long customers are allowed to view the tracking link after it's been sent.



Any adjustments made from here can be saved using the Update button at the bottom of the page.
