If you'd like to update the hours that Chatavise sends an after-hours message to customers who text in, start by heading to the Locations page from the Manage tab.
Choose the relevant location and click on the Operations clock icon.
From this page, you'll be able to decide on the after-hours windows for each individual day of the week. Click on the dropdown and select the best times for this location.
Once the time frames have been adjusted to your liking, click on the Apply button at the bottom right of this section and you'll be all set!
