If you'd like to update a message template set up to be sent out to customers automatically, you can update the message from the Streams page. To get to the Streams page, click on the Manage dropdown menu at the top of the page and click on Automations.



From here, click on the Streams tab at the top left.



This is the main Streams page. This is where most of your automatic messaging templates are stored.



To update a message, click on the pencil edit icon beside the stream most relevant to you.


From here you'll see a sequence of actions: a trigger and a reaction or reactions to that trigger. "Schedule and appointment reminder" and "Schedule a message" are going to be the two reactions that store message templates.


Click on the pencil edit icon beside the reaction you'd like to update the message template for.


Clicking the pencil edit icon will open up the message editing page, including a text box with your current message. All that's left is to update the message template with whatever you'd like to add. Type up your message and hit the save button, and you're all set!
