If you are unable to find or access the Referrals page, it's likely that you have not been granted permission to access that page yet. You can change your permissions from the Users page in the Manage dropdown menu.
Once on the Users page, search for your name in the users list. Once found, click on your name in the users list. From the main user profile, click on the Permissions tab.
If you are unable to find the Permissions tab from your user profile, you will need to reach out to the account holder to grant you the permission to manage the Referrals page themselves.
Scroll down to search for the permission labeled "Referrals: Manage". Flip the switch to make this permission active. You will now be able to access the Referrals page.
If you have the "Referrals: Manage" permission active and you are still unable to locate the Referrals page from the Marketing menu, please reach out to our support team through our ticketing system.
