Keeping up with the progress of your employees manually can be intimidating and exhausting. Using Chatavise means you can automatically keep track of all feedback and reviews that come in, including which team member is assigned to which job.


This is the main Leaderboard page. Team members will be automatically added to the leaderboard as

 they're added to Chatavise. The leaderboard will keep track of every review earned by each team member and rank them according to the ratio of positive to negative reviews. 

The top of the leaderboard is shown by default, but you can choose to display team member in descending order by clicking the thumb button up at the top right.

You can search for individual users by typing in their first or last name into the search bar.

If you'd like to filter out your results, you have multiple options listed at the top of the leaderboard, including date range, locations, and review platforms. 

If you'd like to reset the filters you've selected, hit the reset button and they will all be set to the default.

Hitting the refresh arrow button will refresh the review stats for your leaderboard. Clicking the ^ arrow button will hide the filters bar. If you'd like to bring the filters bar back, click the filter button at the top left of the screen.

You have the option to put users into teams, which can then be sorted into groups for the leaderboard. 

Clicking on the team group will open up that team's statistics when it comes to earning reviews, including a graph breakdown of positive vs negative reviews and an analysis of where the feedback for this team is coming from (soundingboard, Google, or Facebook). You have the option to filter dates further at the top right.

If you click on the Comments tab you can see all written feedback provided for the team selected.

Clicking on the Team Members tab will bring up all users who have been added to this team. 

The Locations tab on the Leaderboard page will show you the same information that's shown on under the Teams tab, minus the Team Members section. 

If you'd like to see a team member's specific review ratings and comments, head back to the Users tab and click on the team member of interest. This will again pull up this particular user's reviews over time, both positive and negative, as well as any comments tied to their work.

The leaderboard can help you keep track of your team and their progress, whether that's a particular location of yours, or a specific team member. The leaderboard can also works hand-in-hand with our Rewards function, where you can reward team members for giving their all and earning positive feedback from customers.
