Every now and then, a user may lose their login information and is unable to access their Chatavise account. Thankfully, this is an easy fix!
To reset their password, an admin can access the User’s page and find the user who is unable to login. Head to the Users page from the Manage dropdown at the top of the page.
Search for the user you'd like to reset the password for using the search bar and filters.
Click on that user’s profile, and at the top right, there will be a Reset Password button.
Confirm that the user’s phone number is correct, click on the Reset Password button, and select Text Password.
That user will be immediately texted with a temporary password and will be able to reset their information from here.
