If your Chats page is showing up empty, the first step is trying to reset the filters on that page. Sometimes filters carry over from the last time Chatavise was used and stall, therefore they must be reset.
You can do this by clicking the reset button to the right of the filters list.
If this does not return the Chats page to normal, you can submit a ticket using the Help button found in the Profile dropdown list or in the Settings dropdown. From there we can work together to figure out what's going wrong.
