Chatavise now supports Better Business Bureau (BBB) as a review site.

  • Connect your Chatavise business profiles to BBB

  • Sync BBB reviews and customer complaints

  • View BBB feedback directly in your Reviews dashboard

  • Manage BBB feedback alongside Google and Facebook reviews

How to Access

  1. Go to Reviews

  2. Select Review Sites

  3. Find Better Business Bureau

  4. Click Manage

From there, you can:

  • Watch an embedded walkthrough video

  • Read the help article explaining setup and requirements

  • Connect and sync BBB reviews and complaints to your location profiles

New Business Platform Integration: Jobber

Chatavise is now an official integration provider for Jobber, a popular field service management platform.

What the Jobber Integration Enables

If your business uses Jobber, you can now automate:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • On-the-way notifications

  • Review invites after jobs are completed

  • Quote follow-ups and approvals

  • Customer communication tied directly to Jobber job events

Where to Find It

  1. Go to CRM

  2. Select Automation

  3. Open Business Platforms

  4. Choose Jobber

From the Jobber integration page, you can:

  • Connect your Jobber account to Chatavise

  • Watch a step-by-step setup video

  • Install pre-built workflows

  • Automate communication between Jobber and your customers

Workflows can be installed individually, allowing you to automate only what makes sense for your business.
