Sometimes, you may need to take a break from texting or explore other platforms, but when you're ready to return, Chatavise makes it easy to reactivate your account. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to get your account up and running again.
What Happens When You Cancel Your Chatavise Account?
Before we dive into reactivation, it’s important to understand what happens when you cancel:
We Save:
Your contact information
Your user information
Your chat history
We Remove (after 14 days of cancellation):
Your A2P 10DLC verification (carrier and FCC registration that enables you to send texts)
Your dedicated business phone number (unless you port it to another provider)
Important:
If you don’t port your number within 14 days after your billing cycle ends, the number will be permanently lost.
