Reviews are unfortunately not matched 100% of the time; as of right now, only customers who leave a review through Chatavise will have the techs matched with the review. Sometimes, if a customer’s Google name does not match what’s in your system, the techs will not be assigned to a review as well.


If a technician is not automatically assigned to a review, you still have the ability to add them to the review yourself. You can do this by clicking the Match User to Review button beside the relevant review. 



Just find the technician(s) associated with the review and click assign.
